It's official. New Orleans has just moved to the #1 spot on our list of "Places to NEVER Live."

When you're visiting New Orleans for business or pleasure:

• Always lock your door, especially if you're inside.
• Never walk alone, always go in pairs.
• Steer clear of Bourbon Street, where people tend to dance naked in windows.
• Watch for the homeless, who will not only hit you up for a meal at Wendy's but demand that you get extra cash for them, and then ask for a ride to Walmart so you can help buy them a few necessities.

Apparently, anything goes in New Orleans. As for Kevin, I made him promise not to step foot outside his hotel for the next two days.
